Summer eats and Treats


Summer is around the corner and whipping our bodies back into shape is a concern for some of our Servpro.ca team.

Getting back into shape is not always easy. Eating healthy and exercise is key. Some suggestions include. Eating whole foods, Eating lots of fruits and veggies, cutting out sugars and artificial flavours, and even eating breakfast. Did you know people that eat breakfast tend to eat less calories throughout the day. (But not just any Breakfast, make sure breakfast is loaded with protein and healthy choices)

As the weather gets better we have more choices for out door activities. Bike riding, rollar blading or just jogging and walking are great ways to get exercise into your days and enjoying the fresh air.
